2. The service
RZ WEIGHTS is a digital bundle of game-specific AI models for real-time image analysis and object recognition, together with related software tools. Access may include the model files, the software, updates during the purchased access period, documentation and support through the official RZ WEIGHTS channels.
3. Eligibility and account
You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your country. If you are below the applicable age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must approve the purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of your email and Discord account details and for keeping your license key and access credentials secure.
4. Plans, prices and renewal
The Whop checkout displays the current price, currency, billing period and whether a plan renews. The monthly plan renews for the selected period until cancelled through Whop. Lifetime means access for the commercial lifetime of the product and does not guarantee that the product or every integration will remain available forever.
5. Payment and delivery
Payments are processed by Whop (card, PayPal, local payment methods and crypto where available). Digital access is delivered automatically through Whop immediately after payment confirmation: your license key and download appear in your Whop orders. No physical goods are shipped.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Because the content is digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final once access has been delivered. By completing checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. Refunds are issued only in the cases listed in our Return Policy (non-delivery, double charge, content materially different from its description). You may cancel a renewing plan before its next billing date in Whop. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
7. Licence
After successful payment, RZ WEIGHTS grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the purchased models and tools for the purchased period. The licence does not transfer ownership of the models, the software or their source code.
8. Acceptable use
You must follow the laws and the rules of any application, platform or game used with the software. You may not resell, share, sublicense, reverse engineer, tamper with, bypass access controls, attack the service, use stolen payment details or use the software to harm other people or systems. One license key is valid for one machine at a time.
9. Compatibility and account restrictions
Compatibility depends on the operating system, hardware, third-party application and its updates. Check the supported games and requirements with us on Discord before purchase. RZ WEIGHTS does not guarantee compatibility with every setup and does not guarantee protection from warnings, suspensions or account restrictions imposed by third parties. Such restrictions are not grounds for a refund.
10. Updates and availability
We may update the models, the software, supported configurations and service infrastructure to maintain security and compatibility. Short interruptions may occur for maintenance or because of third-party outages. Material changes that affect an active purchase will be communicated through the website, Discord or the email linked to the account when practical.
11. Intellectual property
The RZ WEIGHTS name, models, software, website design, documentation and related materials are owned by RZ WEIGHTS or its licensors. No right is granted except the limited licence described above.
12. Suspension
Access may be suspended for payment reversal, fraud, licence sharing, abuse, security threats or a material breach of these terms. We will review a reasonable appeal sent to our contact email.
13. Liability
The service is provided with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, RZ WEIGHTS is not responsible for indirect loss, loss caused by an unsupported setup, third-party platform action or events outside our reasonable control. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
14. Privacy
Our handling of account, purchase and technical data is described in Privacy Policy.
15. Changes and disputes
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The version shown when you purchase applies to that purchase unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute. Any unresolved dispute is handled by a competent court under applicable law.
